Galaxy Motors RV division is looking for a bright, motivated, and energetic Administrative Assistant at their new RV store located in Langford, BC. The ideal candidate must have strong Administrative and Office Experience with a great work ethic and desire to succeed. Experience in either an RV or car dealership in an Administrative, Customer Service or Receptionist role is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Must be computer proficient, detail-oriented with a polished, professional appearance and superior communication skills. - Provide support to management team
- Maintain database by entering new and updated customer information
- Entering new inventory and controlling inventory
- Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
- Verify customer account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data
- Maintain confidentiality by keeping customer information protected
- Other tasks, as assigned by management
- Administrative, Customer Service or Receptionist experience
- Dealership experience a plus
- Professional References
- Computer proficient – experience with PBS an asset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
